Remote Cold Calling VA

I run a service aimed squarely at local small-business owners and need someone who can get them on the phone, spark interest, and feed qualified leads into my pipeline. Your job is simple but high-impact: use the script and objection-handling guide I provide, call through targeted lists (all numbers supplied), note every interaction in the shared CRM, and transfer prospects who meet the criteria to me for follow-up.

The entire system is already built—dialer access, lead sheets, tracking dashboards, and full onboarding videos are ready to go—so you can hit the ground running even if you’re new to cold calling. I’ll walk you through everything during a live Zoom orientation, then stay available for daily Slack check-ins and recorded call reviews.

Compensation is performance-based: each time one of your prospects converts into a paying client you earn $200. Top callers typically close 3–5 deals per week once ramped. Consistency, accurate note-taking, and a friendly but confident phone presence matter more than years of experience.

Deliverables
• Daily call log exported from the dialer
• Qualified-lead spreadsheet with contact details and discovery notes
• Weekly summary of total dials, connections, and leads generated

Acceptance Criteria
• Minimum 150 dials per day, Monday–Friday
• At least 8% connect rate and 5 qualified leads per 100 connects after the first two weeks
• All data recorded in the CRM the same day the calls are made
