We run a fast-growing digital marketing agency that helps roofing companies in the U.S. generate exclusive leads through paid ads and online marketing. We’re now looking for a dedicated cold caller to help us book sales calls with roofing business owners.
Role Overview:
You’ll be responsible for calling local roofing companies daily, introducing our services, and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales team. This is a commission-only role — perfect for a hungry, motivated closer who wants to earn based on performance.
Responsibilities:
Make 200+ cold calls per day to U.S.-based roofing businesses (scripts provided).
Qualify prospects and set appointments for our sales closer.
Update call results daily in a tracking sheet or CRM.
Follow up with interested leads to confirm appointments.
Communicate professionally in English (accent neutral preferred).
Requirements:
Fluent English communication skills.
Reliable internet connection and phone setup (dialer will be provided).
Prior experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or lead generation preferred.
Must be consistent, organized, and able to meet daily call targets.
Compensation:
$100 USD per closed deal (commission-only).
Potential for bonuses and long-term partnership for top performers.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday (U.S. business hours preferred).
