Recruiter / VA with Dialer & Sourcing Experience

We’re seeking a recruiter from LATAM with proven dialer and candidate sourcing experience to help us find, qualify, and schedule licensed mortgage loan officers for interviews. This is a remote, role working U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities

Source and identify candidates from the NMLS database, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Run dialer campaigns, cold calls, and texting outreach to engage potential candidates.
Pre-screen and qualify candidates, ensuring they meet basic requirements and are genuinely interested.
Schedule interviews with our hiring manager and maintain a structured candidate pipeline.

Requirements

Proven experience with dialer tools (e.g., Five9, VICIdial, RingCentral, Mojo).
Strong skills in sourcing & lead generation for recruiting.
Excellent English & Spanish communication skills (spoken & written).
Background in recruiting, talent sourcing, or outbound sales preferred.
Ability to work U.S. hours with reliable internet, headset, and a quiet environment.

Success Metric

Schedule 10–20 qualified 15-minute screening calls per week with our hiring manager.
Ensure all candidates are pre-screened and genuinely interested before booking.
