Recruiter Needed: LATAM Talent Sourcing

Our talent team is growing its recruitment activities across Central and South America, and I need a Recruiter who can take ownership of the entire hiring process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
The channels already proven most effective for us are job boards, social media, and employee referrals, so you’ll lean heavily on those while still thinking creatively about niche communities or local networks you know. Expect to work closely with me to fine-tune job ads, run Boolean searches, and move qualified leads through our existing ATS.
Deliverables I’ll measure:
• A fresh, vetted pipeline of LATAM candidates each week
• Detailed screening notes and interview recommendations
• Regular status reports highlighting metrics such as reach-outs, response rates, and scheduled interviews
