Real-Time WhatsApp Sales Support

I run an e-commerce store and need someone who can live on WhatsApp during agreed working hours, greet every incoming message promptly, and move conversations smoothly from enquiry to confirmed order. Speed, clarity, and a friendly tone are essential, because the goal is not just to answer questions but to turn chats into sales.
Here is what I expect you to handle day-to-day:
• Respond to customer inquiries in real time, following the brand voice I will share.
• Convert qualified leads into completed purchases, updating customers on stock, discounts, and shipping details as needed.
• Log each order and key conversation notes in my existing Google Sheets tracker so inventory and revenue numbers stay accurate.
At the close of each shift I’ll look for a brief report summarising total chats handled, sales closed, common issues raised, and any follow-up required. I’ll provide message templates, FAQs, and access to the Sheets file on day one; after that, I’m counting on your initiative to keep response times short and the spreadsheet spotless.
