I need a motivated ISA / virtual assistant who can jump on the phone and make at least 100 live dials a day to homeowners. The calls follow a brief survey script whose only purpose is to qualify leads for my licensed real-estate team; you will never present yourself as an agent or offer advice beyond the questionnaire.

You’ll receive the script, basic training, and a spreadsheet template. If you already have a system for building or cleaning calling lists, great—just be sure every contact is an owner in my target areas. Clear, easily understood English is a must, because these conversations are quick and rely on tone and clarity to keep prospects engaged.
