I need someone who can jump in right away and keep our LinkedIn pipeline humming. Your core mission is simple: reach out to agency owners and brokers, spark conversations, and lock in qualified meetings for the sales team. While LinkedIn is where you’ll spend most of your day, you should feel comfortable pivoting to Instagram or WhatsApp when it helps a lead move faster through the funnel.

You’ll be writing concise, persuasive messages, following up methodically, and keeping every touchpoint logged so nothing slips. Strong English, a clear phone presence, and an organised mindset are non-negotiable; prior real-estate or B2B outreach experience will give you a definite edge.

I’m offering ₹25-30k per month plus performance incentives. The role is based in Gurugram, and I’m open to remote or hybrid for the right candidate, but I expect you to keep IST working hours and deliver results from day one.
