I am looking for an experienced freelancer to assist with lead generation and appointment setting for my real estate business. This role requires a proactive individual who can both build a target database and execute professional cold-calling campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Data Sourcing: Research and create a database of homeowners and property owners in specific target areas.
* Cold Calling: Conduct outbound calls to prospect for potential sellers and introduce my real estate services.
* Appointment Setting: Qualify leads and successfully book property appraisal appointments directly into my schedule.
* CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update lead statuses.
Requirements:
