I am looking for a freelancer who can source and qualify real estate buyers according to the following strict criteria:
Budget: ₹50 lakhs+
Buying Timeline: Ready to purchase in the next 30–60 days
Verified Phone Number (must answer and confirm)
Willing to speak with a real estate agent

Your Responsibilities:
Use your own methods (online listings, portals, social media groups, referrals, etc.) to find potential buyers.
Verify details through call/text to ensure lead is genuine.
Submit verified leads in a shared Google Sheet with all required fields.
Replace any unqualified leads immediately.

What We Provide:
Simple script and process guidelines.
Ongoing support and feedback to make your work easier.
Long-term work opportunity if quality is consistent.

Payment Terms:
Paid per qualified lead that meets the above 4 criteria.
Bonus for consistent quality and reliability.
No payment for fake or unverified leads.

You will not contact or approach real estate agents directly.
This is a quality-first project. Even 10 great leads a month is better than 100 weak ones.
