Real Estate Lead Generation & CRM Setup Specialist Needed

We are a growing agency currently working with a real estate client who is looking to generate high-quality leads through online channels. While we are handling content production, we are seeking an experienced freelancer who can take ownership of the lead generation strategy and execution.

Scope of Work:

Plan and execute online lead generation campaigns for real estate (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, landing pages, etc.)
Develop and implement funnels to capture and qualify leads
Set up and integrate a CRM system where all leads will be stored and managed
Ensure leads are properly tracked and delivered to the client’s internal sales team
Optimize campaigns for better performance and cost efficiency

Requirements:

Proven experience in real estate lead generation
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (paid ads, funnels, automation)
Experience with CRM setup and integration (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
Ability to deliver measurable results and consistent lead flow
