We are a growing apartment remodeling company looking for a sharp, tech-savvy, and high-energy Lead Generation Manager & Virtual Assistant to join our team for 3 hours per day.
This is a strictly Business-to-Business (B2B) role where you will be targeting property managers, real estate investors, and apartment building owners.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Outreach & Calling: Make outbound calls to follow up with warm leads, build relationships with property managers, and pitch our apartment remodeling services.
Data & List Management: Utilize strong computer skills to update lead tracking sheets, manage schedules, and organize daily company tasks.
Pipeline Management: Ensure consistent, professional communication via phone and email to turn leads into booked remodeling projects.
Requirements:
Excellent Phone Skills: You must genuinely enjoy being on the phone, possess strong communication skills, and feel confident speaking with business professionals.
Technical Setup: Must have a high-speed, stable internet connection and a reliable computer setup.
Organization: Sharp attention to detail for tracking lead data accurately.
Compensation & Growth:

Performance Raise: We believe in rewarding excellent work. If you are successful in this position, we are offering a guaranteed $5.00/hour raise after your first 3 months with the company.
