Real Estate Lead Generation

Introduction:
I am recruiting on behalf of a marketing agency in the UAE looking for freelancers with experience in promoting real estate projects and developments to qualified international real estate investors.
The properties we wish to market are in the United Arab Emirates, Brazil, and USA and we require freelancers who can provide us with qualified leads that our team will call and convert.

Requirement:
All you must do is make sure that the leads are qualified enough to be able to buy property. We will provide you an info sheet/brochure or a one page website of the real estate project for your information.
We would require contact details of investors and other info which we will share with the selected candidate. You do not need to make any calls or reach out to clients.
Just provide us the leads, make sure your leads have a strong intent to buy, and we will do the rest.

Experience:
You should have lead generation experience and share with us a simple overview of how you get your leads, so we know nobody will be spammed.
Experience in real estate or working with real estate agencies/projects will be a plus.

Compensation:
We are willing to provide a daily base pay as well as a substantial commission on our deal fees if a deal is struck and a client converts. All leads will be added to a spreadsheet shared with you so you can track the progress. As for the exact daily base pay, we will agree this with you based on experience.
