I run a busy real-estate operation and need a reliable virtual assistant who can do two things every day: keep my calendar full of qualified appointments and generate fresh seller and buyer leads through outbound calls or texts.

Here’s how the workflow looks on my end
• You’ll receive a daily prospect list and a brief script or talking points from me.
• Using your own dialer or text platform, you reach out, qualify the prospect, and move interested parties straight into my Google Calendar.
• Notes from each interaction—outcome, motivation, timeline, and any follow-up steps—must be entered promptly into the shared sheet/CRM so I can pick up the conversation seamlessly.

Deliverables I will use to measure success
• A consistent number of booked appointments that appear on my Google Calendar with all required details (name, phone, property address, brief notes).
• A lead log updated in real time, showing contact attempts, disposition, and next action.

I’ll provide all phone numbers, scripts, onboarding videos, and regular feedback. You bring a clear, friendly phone voice, strong English, the confidence to handle objections, and the discipline to keep accurate records.
