Real Estate Funnel

Wanting to create a real estate funnel that incorporates text and email verification along with videos and/or photos, links for specific types of reports and a questionnaire through out that a lead has to respond to in order to view the information they are asking for. The biggest thing for my real estate business is the verification of correct cell and email or the lead doesn't go any farther in the funnel.
