We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist who has a proven background in creating and managing high-performing ad campaigns specifically for Mortgage Brokers or Real Estate financing.
What We need:
End-to-end setup of Facebook/Instagram lead generation campaigns
Creation of compelling ad copy, creatives, and lead forms
Audience targeting based on local markets in Canada
Optimization of cost per lead and overall campaign performancE
Weekly reporting and recommendations
Ability to work with compliance-friendly messaging for mortgage advertising
Who I’m looking for:
A specialist with experience running ads for Mortgage Brokers, Realtors, Financial Services, or similar regulated industries
Someone who understands how to generate qualified mortgage leads (purchase, refinance, renewals, first-time buyers, etc.)
Strong skills in Meta Ads Manager, landing pages, A/B testing, and funnel optimization
Portfolio or examples of past lead-gen campaigns in the financial or real estate sector
