Real Estate Developer Contact Research

I’ve collected newspaper press releases about real estate developers who are pursuing approval to build apartment buildings or who have purchased or sold apartment buildings. Most of these companies/people/projects are located in Connecticut, but not all. I want someone to build a mailing list of who they are (owners, buyers and sellers) and how to contact them. Basic info would include individual(s) name(s), company names, physical addresses, phone numbers, email addresses (or the ‘gatekeepers' email address) and web site (if they have one). There may be duplicate names because one developer may be involved in different projects at different times. There would be no need to record a duplicate contact. This task would involve some phone work and searching online and other ‘detective-like' activities to drill down to get the info I want. It’s not difficult, just time consuming. Should anyone ask who you are or why do you want this info, the answer is simple: “I’ve been asked by my employer to send info to Mr. X about two new apartment development opportunities in CT.” Not everyone will cooperate but most will because these people want to know about such new opportunities. In total, there might be maybe a hundred or so such articles you’ll have to cull through. Thanks.
