I’m laying the groundwork for a new real-estate venture and need a driven cold caller who enjoys turning quick phone conversations into warm, interested leads. The focus is lead generation only—no closing—so the role centres on sparking curiosity, qualifying individual homeowners or buyers, and booking follow-up calls on my calendar.
You and I will refine (or create) a concise script together, decide on the right dialling software/CRM, then launch a consistent daily calling routine. I’ll supply any data lists we need; you bring the voice, energy and persistence to work through them, log outcomes accurately, and flag the most promising prospects.
Deliverables
• Daily calling sessions targeting individual consumers interested in real estate
• Clear, organised call notes entered in the shared CRM/spreadsheet
• Minimum agreed-upon number of qualified leads or appointments per week
