Experience moving smoothly between a CRM, a multi-line dialer, and any common lead-generation tool will make your day-to-day easier, but what really matters is your ability to build rapport quickly, handle objections, and flag genuinely motivated sellers.

After each session, I expect the notes, dispositions, and next-step recommendations entered in the system so nothing slips through the cracks. If you can consistently deliver new residential leads and keep meticulous records, we’ll be working together for a long time.
