We are hiring a motivated cold caller to contact homeowner leads in Midwest markets.
Your ONLY job:
• Call seller lists
• Determine motivation
• Confirm condition
• Confirm equity
• Confirm timeline
• Book warm leads for acquisitions manager
No negotiating required.
You are qualifying only.
Daily Goal:
• 4–6 hours per day
• 300–600 dials/day
• 10–20 solid conversations/day
Requirements:
• Clear English
• Prior real estate cold calling experience
• Ability to handle objections
• Comfortable using dialer software
• Track call notes accurately
Nice to Have:
• Experience with BatchDialer
• Experience qualifying motivated sellers
• Familiar with wholesale terminology
Compensation:
Base monthly
