OVERVIEW:
We’re seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist to support the implementation of a lead generation campaign centered around a free webinar.

PROJECT GOALS:
- Attract qualified leads to grow our email list
- Drive views and engagement with our 30-minute recorded webinar
- Convert leads into free discovery calls and future clients

SCOPE OF WORK:
We need a marketing specialist to manage and/or support the following:

Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Refine and optimize the existing lead gen campaign strategy
- Recommend budget allocation and targeting tactics

Ads Management:
- Set up, monitor, and optimize a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaign
- Run Google Ads with a $100 starter budget
- Create/update ad copy and creative based on existing assets

Website and Landing Page Support:
- Review and improve copy, design, or flow (WordPress and Mailchimp)
- Update WordPress site
- Set up conversion tracking (via Facebook Pixel, GA4, etc.)
- SEO improvements (based on existing strategy and recommendations)

Email Marketing:
- Finalize email nurture sequence (4–5 emails)
- Set up automation in Mailchimp
- Monitor performance and adjust subject lines/copy if necessary

Reporting & Optimization:
- Provide basic performance reporting (clicks, cost per lead, signups, etc.)
- Recommend A/B tests or refinements

TOOLS & PLATFORMS:
- Mailchimp (email automation)
- WordPress and/or Mailchimp landing page
- Zoom, YouTube (existing videos)
- Meta Business Manager (ad platform)
- Google Analytics (tracking)
- Canva and/or Descript (creative)

TIMELINE:
- Campaign launch: As soon as possible
- Duration: 2–4 weeks

BUDGET:
- Compensation for this project: Please submit your hourly rate or flat project fee
- This is a freelance/contractor role with potential for future work
