Qualify & Book Seller Leads

I have contact lists of independent laundromats, car washes, and self-storage facilities. Your job is to ring each owner, confirm whether they are open to selling, and, when the conversation is positive, lock in an in-person meeting for me.

Do NOT talk about financing or how the business will be paid for. You will steer the call ONLY toward two outcomes:
• a clear yes/no on their interest in selling, and
• a firm appointment time and location if that interest exists.

I will supply the calling script, owner phone numbers, and my calendar link so you can secure slots that work for both sides. At the end of each day I need a brief log showing numbers dialed, responses, voice recording and meetings booked so I can prepare for the visits.

A confident phone style, clean note-taking, again record the phone calls and reliability in following up are essential; experience with outbound calls to small-business owners is a plus.
