I’m expanding my residential property business and need a steady pipeline of serious, investment-ready buyers. Your role is to handle end-to-end lead generation using social media marketing and email marketing, with primary activity on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
What I’m after is quality over quantity: names, contact details and brief intent notes for people who have actively shown interest in purchasing residential real estate and are in a position to move forward soon. Warm, permission-based contacts matter more to me than scraped lists or cold data. I can supply brand assets, recent listings and any market insights you need; you’ll craft the messaging, run the campaigns, nurture inquiries and return verified prospects.
Deliverables I expect:
• Campaign copy, creatives and audience parameters for each platform
• Weekly performance report covering reach, engagement, cost-per-lead and conversions
• A shared spreadsheet (or CRM export) of vetted leads with at least: name, email, phone, location, purchase timeline and budget bracket
• Short commentary on optimisation steps for the following week
