Public Sector Decision-Maker Leads

Wish to develop an ai email marketing system to gain high-quality email leads from the public-sector and non-profit world and need help sourcing them. My target contacts are senior decision-makers who can approve training budgets. For example, CFO'S, Head of Training, Head of HR etc.

For every lead we require:
• Full name
• Professional email address (no info@ or generic inboxes)
• Direct phone number
• Organisation name and the person’s exact role/title
