I’m looking for a reliable virtual assistant to keep our rental and for-sale properties visible online and funnel fresh leads to the sales team. You don’t need prior real-estate experience—we’ll walk you through everything during paid, on-the-job training—but you must be comfortable navigating the web and jumping between multiple platforms.
What you’ll do
• Create and publish clear, attractive ads for each property on real-estate websites, social media pages, and popular listing apps.
• Refresh and update existing posts so they stay prominent and accurate (price changes, new photos, status updates).
• Monitor inboxes, messages, and comment sections, capturing every inquiry in a shared spreadsheet or CRM.
• Follow our step-by-step lead-generation playbook to reach out, pre-qualify prospects, and pass warm leads to the sales closer.
• Compile a concise weekly report summarizing listings pushed live, engagement metrics, and leads generated.
What you’ll need to succeed
– A stable internet connection and either a laptop or a modern smartphone.
– Solid written English and an eye for detail when copying descriptions, prices, and contact information.
– Familiarity with everyday online tools—Google Workspace, Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, or similar platforms.
– A proactive attitude; if a listing drops in ranking or a prospect asks a question, you flag it or handle it quickly.
