Professional Lead Magnet Funnels

I run a virtual PA agency that supports about 50 clients with help from 17 associates, and I’m ready to add a new revenue stream by selling high-value lead magnets. I have the core ideas and I will supply all written copy; what I need is a partner who can transform that content into polished assets and build the funnel that sells them.

Scope of work
• Shape my copy into professionally designed e-books and checklists that match a formal, business-ready style.
• Build the end-to-end funnel: landing page, checkout/download automation, and a short email nurture sequence so buyers receive their files instantly and non-buyers are followed up with.
• Produce supporting promotional materials—social graphics, ad creatives or short teaser visuals—to drive traffic into the funnel.

Brand & design direction
Visuals must stay professional and formal rather than playful or overly graphic. Clean typography, white space and consistent use of my agency colours are essential. Final documents should be delivered in editable source files plus ready-to-share PDFs.

Tech stack
I’m open to mainstream tools such as ClickFunnels, Kajabi, Leadpages, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign or similar; please advise which platform you feel most comfortable with and why.

Deliverables & acceptance
1. Branded e-book (PDF + source)
2. Branded checklist (PDF + source)
3. Fully functional landing page with opt-in and payment flow
4. Automated email sequence (welcome + 2 follow-ups)
5. 3–5 promotional graphics sized for LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram

Everything should be tested end-to-end: links active, payments processed, files delivered and emails triggered without errors.
