Here’s what the assignment looks like: locate 100 English speaking podcasts headquartered in North America, Europe, or Australia. For each one, capture six data points in a clean spreadsheet:

• Contact first name
• Contact title (ideally producer, partnership, or business role)
• Verified business email
• Podcast or parent-company name
• Link to their socials
• Link to the podcast itself

Shows similar to Vigilance Elite, Will & Rusty’s Playdate, and the YMH Podcast Group are perfect benchmarks. Platform isn’t a constraint—Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, or any place the show primarily lives is fine—as long as the audience size clears the 50 K mark and the community interaction meets at least a moderate level (steady comment threads, active socials, regular fan engagement, etc.).

I value quality over speed: all emails must be verified and the sheet well-organized so I can import it directly into my CRM.
