Pharma & CRO Lead Sourcing
Budget: €2 – €6 EUR
I’m creating an initial pipeline for future partnerships/pilots and need an extra pair of hands to keep the top of the funnel moving. The focus is on European pharmaceutical companies and Clinical Research Organizations; my goal is to quickly validate fit, and move toward Letters of Intent.
Here’s how the workflow would look:
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to surface fresh pharma and CRO prospects that match my search parameters.
• Dig into each company and key profile to extract the decision-maker’s direct email (Hunter, Snov, or equivalent) and any relevant professional data points.
• Log everything in either Notion or excel—including status tags for NDA sent/signed and LoI progress—so I can see at a glance where every conversation stands.
• Draft one-line personalization notes before I hit send on each outreach sequence; save those notes alongside the contact record.
• Set follow-up reminders inside Notion to keep the cadence tight and prevent leads from slipping through the cracks.
Acceptance Criteria
1. Each new record contains company name, URL, segment, decision-maker’s full name, title, verified email, LinkedIn URL, and a short personalization snippet.
2. Status fields (New, linkedin messag sent, intro email sent, follow on sent, reminder sent, and so on) are updated the same day actions occur.
3. All data is formatted consistently so it can be filtered and exported without cleanup.
If you’re comfortable bouncing between Sales Navigator, Hunter/Snov, and Notion—and you enjoy the detective work of finding the right contact—I’d love your help keeping this lead engine running smoothly.
