PetsAgile is an international platform for discovering, promoting, and reviewing pet-related businesses, including dog trainers, groomers, pet sitters, dog walkers, veterinarians, and other pet professionals.

We are looking for a Marketplace Growth & Business Outreach Specialist to help grow our business database and contribute to building a repeatable process for acquiring and activating pet businesses.

Our initial target market is the United Kingdom.

We are looking for a partner who can help us build a repeatable and scalable system for finding, listing, and activating pet businesses that can later be replicated across multiple countries.

## Business Research & Discovery

* Identify high-quality pet businesses.
* Find active businesses with a genuine online presence.
* Collect and verify publicly available information.

## Listing Creation & Management

* Create new listings on PetsAgile.
* Categorize businesses correctly.
* Review and maintain content quality.
* Prevent duplicate listings.
* Continuously improve data quality.

## Business Outreach

* Create and send professional emails in English.
* Invite businesses to claim and update their profiles.
* Conduct follow-up communication.
* Manage responses.
* Track outreach results and engagement.

## Pilot 1

**Payment:** €30 (fixed price)

**Duration:** Up to 4 weeks

### Deliverables

* Identify 100 quality pet businesses in the United Kingdom.
* Verify business information.
* Check for duplicates.
* Build a business database.
* Create 1 email sequence:

* 1 initial email
* 1 follow-up email
* Create listings.
* Organize outreach lists.
* Submit a short report.
* Provide recommendations for process improvement and scalability.

Successful completion of Pilot 1 is required before moving to Pilot 2.

**Payment:** €50 (fixed price)

**Duration:** Up to 4 weeks

* Identify an additional 300 quality pet businesses.
* Create listings.
* Create 1 email sequence:

* 1 initial email
* 1 follow-up email
* Organize outreach lists.
* Submit a results report.
* Provide recommendations for scaling and improving the process.

Payment will be made after delivery and approval of each project phase.
