Performance-Based Sales Representative Needed

Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven sales professional to perform cold calling and email outreach using our provided lead list. This role is strictly performance-based — your earnings will be directly tied to the results you deliver.

Compensation Structure:

- $40 CAD per confirmed sale
- $10 CAD per meeting scheduled with our team
- $10 CAD for every 2 request for more information
- $10 CAD for every 2 request regarding prices or price discussions

Requirements:

- Perfect spoken English with a clear, neutral accent
- Strong cold calling and email outreach experience
- Confident and persuasive communication skills
- Ability to work from a provided lead list and follow our outreach guidelines
- Organized and self-motivated to achieve KPIs

Preferred Skills:

- Lead generation experience
- Appointment setting
- CRM usage (Hubspot)
- Prior work with Canadian or U.S. markets
