Performance-Based Lead Generation Outreach
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I run a 25-year-old leadership development firm and have a vetted list of roughly 8,000 prospects. I’m ready to move quickly and need a specialist who can turn that list into booked introductory calls.
Here is what the work looks like:
• Email outreach.
• I already have tested scripts for both the emails and the follow-up cold calls; you can refine them, but you won’t be starting from scratch.
• Each meeting you secure must be a live, scheduled Zoom or phone appointment where the prospect explicitly agrees to learn about our services (no demos or deep consultations required at this stage).
Compensation is entirely performance-based:
US $20 for every qualified meeting you book and 10 % of any revenue that results when that prospect signs on with us. My baseline expectation is a minimum of 10 meetings per month; there is no upper limit on volume—or on your earnings.
Deliverables I will review each month:
1. A shared calendar showing confirmed meeting times and prospect details.
2. A simple activity log (spreadsheet or CRM export) summarizing emails sent, calls made, and outcomes.
3. Recordings or call summaries for quality spot-checks.
If you are comfortable working without a retainer, know your way around MailChimp, and have the persistence to handle cold calling, let’s talk and get our first batch of meetings on the board.
