I’m expanding my residential real-estate pipeline and need a reliable cold-calling specialist who can work on a part-time basis. Your calls will target homeowners and prospective buyers, with the sole aim of turning each conversation into a qualified lead that I can follow up on personally.
Scope of the task
• Use cold calling as the primary—and only—outreach method; no email blasts or social campaigns are required.
• During every call, capture three critical data points: full contact details, the person’s current interest level, and any specific property requirements they mention.
• Enter each lead promptly into my tracking sheet or CRM (whichever is most efficient for you and me) so I have real-time access to the information.
What success looks like
A steady flow of accurate, well-documented residential leads that already understand why I’m calling and are open to the next conversation with me. If you can deliver that consistently, we’ll have an ongoing partnership.
