Outsourcing Leads for Portugal Hiring

I run a staffing and recruiting agency in Portugal and need a fresh pipeline of decision-makers at European and U.S. companies that are specifically interested in outsourcing roles to Portugal. Your job is to research, identify, and deliver genuinely qualified leads—names, titles, verified email addresses, phone numbers, and a brief note confirming their interest in near-shore hiring here—so my team can engage them immediately.

Please base all outreach on the “companies interested in outsourcing” profile; I am also targeting firms looking for direct full-time hires in their own offices or contract-only arrangements outside Portugal.

Payment Structure:
Please note that this project will be compensated via a success fee per qualified lead.

Deliverables (to be supplied in a clean spreadsheet or CRM-ready format):
• 100+ qualified company leads located in Europe or the United States
• For each lead: company name, website, sector, size, contact person (HR, Talent Acquisition, or C-level), contact details, and a one-sentence confirmation of interest in outsourcing to Portugal
• Source links or call notes that verify accuracy
