About the Role
We are looking for an Outreach & Sales Associate who can connect with potential clients through platforms like LinkedIn, email, and Instagram. Your goal is to start conversations with prospects and book qualified meetings for our sales team.
Responsibilities
Send personalized outreach messages via LinkedIn, email, and Instagram
Start conversations with potential clients and understand their needs
Introduce Wevox services and position our solutions effectively
Qualify interested prospects and schedule calls with the founder
Follow up with leads to maintain engagement
Compensation
Commission Based: 10% commission on every deal closed through your outreach
Performance Incentives: Bonuses based on number of qualified meetings and deals closed
Commission paid after the client payment is received
Example
If a deal worth ₹1,00,000 closes through your outreach, you earn ₹10,000 commission.

Strong communication skills

Self-motivated and consistent with daily outreach
Basic understanding of sales conversations
