How to apply (est. time: 8 mins) : please submit a 2 minute video link (Loom, YouTube, etc) showing your sample tracker (e.g., spreadsheet, CRM) with 2 hotels + 2 shelters you’d target in any city of your choice, and why you chose that location.
We’re Linens N Love — a social impact logistics platform that helps hotels with surplus linens (blankets, towels, sheets) connect with shelters and community organizations in need.
We nee: A contractor who can independently generate leads, onboard new clients, and build partnerships with hotels and community orgs. You’ll be part of the engine that keeps surplus linens out of landfills and gets them where they’re needed in local community shelters or nonprofits.

We’ve done the prep work. You’ll be provided:
1) A clear contractor agreement — no guesswork about scope or compensation.
2) Your own UTM-tagged registration links for hotels + community orgs.
3) Access to a Master Sheet (view-only) to check orgs you can contact and progress.
4) Compliance-approved outreach templates (phone + email).
5) Automatic reporting via Zeffy to track service fees + pickups — no manual chasing down data.
6) Slack channel for real-time support (no radio silence from us).
7) Zero micromanagement; you set your schedule, tools, and outreach method. We don’t require meetings, daily check-ins, or specific tools — you work your way. We won’t waste your time — we care about results, not hours logged.
8) Transparent, fair, performance-based pay with clear milestones — you know exactly what earns payout.
9) Commissions for sustained engagement — not a one-off gig. No wishy-washy client headaches. All terms and expectations are clear and documented.
What you’ll do:
Identify and contact hotels and community orgs that could benefit from our platform
Help them register via your assigned link
Support them in completing their first linen pickup and service access fee
Track your outreach + performance using your own preferred system
Compensation:
Milestone payouts:
10 active orgs → $200
25 active orgs → +$300
50 active orgs → +$500
75 active orgs → +$700
Commission (after 75 active orgs):
50% of valid service fees from your onboarded orgs for 12 months (subject to 50+ active contributions/month)
Definition of Active org = registered via your link + completed 1 pickup + paid a $10+ service fee.
