Outbound Sales Call Assistant
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
Project Title: Need a Virtual Assistant to Call U.S. Fruit Importers
I am looking for a reliable virtual assistant to make phone calls to a list of U.S. fruit importers on my behalf.
Responsibilities:
- Call the companies using the phone numbers I provide.
- Follow a simple script that I will provide.
- Ask whether the company imports fresh bananas from Ecuador.
- If interested, collect the name, email address, and position of the appropriate purchasing or procurement contact.
- Record the outcome of each call in a spreadsheet (answered, voicemail, not interested, call back later, interested, etc.).
Requirements:
- Clear and professional English.
- Friendly phone manner.
- Experience with customer service, cold calling, or virtual assistance is preferred.
- Able to provide accurate notes after each call.
Project Details:
- Approximately 50 phone calls.
- I will provide the call script and the list of companies.
- This is a one-time project with the possibility of more work if the results are good.
