Outbound Real Estate Lead Generation

I need an experienced, upbeat outbound caller who can turn cold numbers into warm buyer leads. Each call should qualify prospects, capture their contact details, and confirm whether they are “looking to sale” so I can prioritise those ready to move quickly.
You will be dialling from my contact list or any data source you recommend and logging every outcome in a shared spreadsheet or CRM. Fluent, confident English is essential; a friendly yet persuasive tone will keep people on the line long enough to gather the facts I need.
Deliverables:
• Daily report of calls placed, answers, and next-step notes
• Verified buyer leads with name, phone, email, and indication of whether they are looking to sale
• Brief call recordings or summaries for quality checks
If you have a proven script for real-estate buyers, great—otherwise we’ll refine mine together. Consistent performance could turn this into an ongoing role.
