Position Overview
We're seeking a master-level list building expert to support our outbound/revops agency - workflows.io. This role requires deep expertise in account identification, segmentation, and efficient data extraction across multiple sources and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Client Onboarding:
- Conduct comprehensive TAM-ups (Total Addressable Market analysis) for new clients
- Extract and export all relevant accounts within defined segments and sub-segments
- Provide clear account volume metrics for each segment and sub-segment
List Building Expertise:
- Build targeted lists using traditional and specialized databases
- Leverage first-party, second-party, and third-party signals for account identification
- Execute custom list scraping from directories and specialized sources
- Create lookalike databases and audiences
Segmentation & Analysis:
- Build lists based on demographics, technographics, and behavioral signals
- Define and quantify segments with precision
- Ensure cost-effective and efficient extraction processes
Required Qualifications
- Master-level expertise in B2B list building and data extraction
- Proven experience with TAM-up methodologies and execution
- Advanced knowledge of database types (traditional, specialized, lookalike)
- Expertise in signal-based targeting (1st, 2nd, 3rd party)
- Proficiency in data scraping techniques and tools
- Strong analytical skills for segment definition and quantification
