We help our clients get high ticket clients without paid ads or a large following by using our 3 core pillars. We have 1 core offer. The offer gets broken down into 3 pillars. (See attachment.) We are looking to bring on 1 appointment setter to our growing company. This role is mainly for outbound messaging. We will on board you with training, our offer, scripts, templates, and 1-on-1 guidance. But appointment setting experience is still highly preferred. You will have your own platform/profile and are looking for someone to come in and book appointments via outbound. Prior experience is preferred. We have scripts but we prefer creating genuine conversations so upon experience will determine if a script is needed or not. This position is perfect for someone who is starting off in sales and looking for a way to earn their stripes. But if you already have experience with Appointment Setting, this is a total bonus. Can create your own hours and work remotely.

Experience/Skills:

Appointment setting experience
Great English grammar
Marketing
Sales
Prefer to be at least within 4 hours of PST (Or available to work close to PST)
Able to handle anywhere from 50-100 messages a day
Must be hungry to book appointments


Responsibilities/ role:

Manage outbound direct messages
Generate 10-15 appointments booked per week
Generate a minimum of 250 conversations per week
Nurture and create relationships with prospects
Record and update daily standard operating procedures
No phone calls- just booking appointments (Hybrid option always open upon hiring)
MUST have your own Instagram/Facebook profile already optimized
Must be willing to change the bio and content (if needed) to be affiliated with our company
This is full time position and CANNOT have another side gig or business on the side
You need to be comfortable spending a lot of time on your phone and computer
MUST have access to internet, phone, and computer
Have to have thick skin on the occasional “No’s” you may receive



Pay:

Commision/ base pay with weekly bonuses if quota is met
Commission based during the 2 week probation period- If results are met, will be more than happy to negotiate a base pay, commissions, bonuses and opportunity for growth in the company
Commissions $10-$20 per appointment booked (depending on experience)
Negotiable based on experience
Growth for higher positions
