Organic Warm Lead Generation Campaign

I’m looking for a resourceful lead generation specialist who can help me find and engage warm leads in the professional service vertical (think lawyers, doctors, brokers, etc.). This is NOT about buying lists or running ads — I need someone who can think outside the box and actually insert themselves into the conversations and communities where brokers already are.

Here’s what a successful engagement looks like for me:

- Research and identify leads using public sources (NMLS database, LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, Reddit, Google Maps, Google Reviews, etc.)
- Engage in relevant online groups/forums (LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, Quora) to identify pain points and create opportunities for outreach
- Identify leads who are already active online (posting, commenting, responding to reviews) = warm leads
- Compile and validate lead lists with direct emails, phone numbers, and LinkedIn profiles
- Draft short, personalized conversation openers I can use for LinkedIn DMs, emails, or calls

What I’m NOT looking for:
• No generic “buy a list of 10,000 leads”
• No spammy cold email blasts
• No paid ads

Deliverable Format: Excel/Google Sheet with the above columns filled out.

Deadline: 1 week from assignment.

Payment: $75 USD — $25 upfront, $50 upon delivery of at least 10 warm leads. If results are strong, I will consider you for a larger engagement.
