50K Office 365 Leads Needed

I’m looking for a reliable data-sourcing pro to compile 50,000 fresh Office 365 user leads in the United States. Every record must contain:

• Full name
• Business email address (no info@ or sales@)
• Company name
• Current job title

The ideal contacts work in biotechnology—research labs, biopharma firms, medical device startups, and similar organizations that rely on Microsoft’s cloud stack.

Quality requirements
• Recent and validated emails with ≤3 % bounce rate (use NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, etc.)
• No duplicates, role-based inboxes, or outdated titles
• Delivery as a clean CSV or Excel file, ready for import

Preferred approach
I’m fine with whatever mix of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clearbit, or your own scraping/enrichment workflow—as long as the data is accurate and complies with CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
