Night Shift B2B Lead Telecaller

This is a fully work-from-home, night-shift role where I need an English-fluent telecaller to generate qualified leads from small businesses for our B2B services. Your entire nine-hour login (with a one-hour break) will be spent calling prospects, engaging decision makers, and logging every interaction inside HubSpot so that our sales team can follow up seamlessly.

You will be on duty five days each week. A short, telephonic interview will confirm voice quality and professionalism before we move forward. High-school graduates, recent degree holders, and experienced agents are all welcome—as long as you can hold a clear, confident conversation with an overseas business owner and keep meticulous notes in HubSpot.

Compensation is straightforward: a base of ₹13,500–15,000 paid monthly, plus uncapped incentives tied directly to the number of leads that pass our qualification check.

Deliverables I will review weekly:
• Updated HubSpot records for every call made
• A concise lead sheet showing company name, contact, need, and next action
• Call recordings (or dialer logs) proving contact attempts and outcomes

To keep the workflow smooth, you must supply your own reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet place to talk.
