Nationwide Lead Generation & Email Blasts

I want to ramp up sales by reaching decision-makers in the website and general business space across the country. The job is two-fold: first, compile fresh, accurate B2B prospects that match my ideal customer profile; second, design and execute a mass-mail campaign that puts my offer in front of them and nurtures replies.

Scope of work
• Research and deliver a clean, verified list of national-level leads (company name, contact name, role, email, phone, website, industry tag).
• Craft a persuasive email sequence (initial outreach plus two follow-ups) that aligns with my brand voice and passes spam filters.
• Set up and run the campaign through a reputable platform—Mailchimp, SendGrid, Lemlist or a comparable tool—monitor performance, handle bounces, and keep my domain reputation healthy.
• Supply weekly reports with open, click-through, and response rates, along with any warm leads that need personal follow-up.

Acceptance criteria
1. Minimum 95 % email deliverability on the first send.
2. Bounce rate below 3 %.
3. A CSV/Google Sheet containing at least 10000 qualified national leads.
4. Full access to the mailing dashboard and analytics.
5. All data gathered must be GDPR/Can-Spam compliant.
