NATIVE GERMAN Phone Marketer, Sell Safety Training
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I need a fluent German speaker to pick up the phone and present our occupational-safety training programs to prospects. The objective is straightforward: turn each conversation into a confirmed booking or, at minimum, a clearly qualified lead that is ready for my team to close.
You’ll receive a contact list, background material, and a proven conversation framework. Feel free to adapt the script so it sounds natural in German while still covering compliance requirements and the key value points of our courses. Accurate notes after every call and a daily progress summary are essential so I can track pipeline movement.
Experience with B2B telesales, CRM updates, and confident objection handling will set you up for success. If you have a track record selling training or other professional services by phone, even better. Please suggest pricing model (e.g. price per phone call plus bonus per lead?)
