Meta Ads Specialist Needed for Lead Generation – Services (Dubai, UAE)

We are a Dubai-based services company looking for an experienced Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) specialist to generate high-quality leads.

This is not just an ad setup role — we need someone who understands local market targeting, lead generation funnels, and conversion optimization.

Scope of Work:

Plan and execute Meta ad campaigns for cleaning services
Generate leads via:
Instant forms (Facebook Lead Ads)
WhatsApp click-to-chat campaigns
Website landing pages (if required)
Target audience within UAE (Areas of Dubai focus initially)
A/B test creatives, audiences, and messaging
Optimize campaigns for cost per lead (CPL)

Key Deliverables:
-Consistent flow of qualified leads
-Weekly performance report (CPL, CTR, conversions)
-Campaign optimization and scaling strategy
-Recommendations on creatives and offers

Requirements:

* Proven experience running Meta Ads for **service-based businesses**
* Experience in UAE or GCC market preferred
* Strong understanding of:
