Meta Ads Lead Generation Specialist – Potential Long-Term Partnership

I am currently building a new business helping children's activity business owners generate leads and improve their CRM and follow-up systems.
I am looking for a highly reliable and experienced Meta Ads specialist who I can potentially partner with as I bring clients into the business.
This is not an immediate full-time role. I am currently gathering quotes and finding the right person to work with as this new venture grows.
For the right person, there is the potential for regular and ongoing client work.
Your Role (My team will handle the client's CRM, Brevo, segmentation and follow-up systems.)
You will be responsible for the Meta Ads side, including:
• Reviewing the client's current Meta setup
• Setting up Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager and tracking where required
• Creating and launching lead generation campaigns
• Liaising with the client to gain the access and information you need
• Connecting the Meta lead generation process with the wider CRM system alongside me
• Monitoring campaigns after launch
• Tweaking and optimising campaigns to improve results
• Communicating clearly and regularly with me
Who I'm Looking For
I am not looking for someone who disappears for days, needs to be chased for updates or sends generic reports without actually taking action.
I need someone who is:
• Extremely reliable and consistent
• A strong communicator
• Fast and efficient
• Proactive — you spot problems and suggest solutions
• Highly knowledgeable about Meta Ads
• Experienced in lead generation, not just engagement or follower campaigns
• Comfortable working with multiple client accounts
• Focused on genuine leads and bookings, not vanity metrics
Experience working with local businesses, children's activity businesses, gymnastics clubs, dance schools, swim schools or similar would be a huge advantage.
