US Meeting Setter for Agency
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I run a growth-focused marketing agency and want my calendar filled with qualified discovery calls from three segments I win in home-improvement contractors (Roofing, Landscaping, Flooring, Remodeling), D2C product brands, and US-based SaaS companies (B2B, B2C, Subscription based). I will hand you a starter list of prospects, you’ll expand that list with your own research, then drive the outreach end-to-end.
Here’s how I see the workflow:
• Refine the ideal-customer profile around the revenue size I’ll share privately.
• Source fresh contacts that match it and enrich the contacts I supply.
• Execute multichannel outreach (cold email, LinkedIn or light calling whatever mix you know converts) with messaging we co-create.
• Secure meetings with a senior decision-maker and drop them straight into my calendar.
• Report weekly on number of accounts added, touches made, replies, meetings booked, and meetings held.
Acceptance criteria
A booked meeting counts only when a qualified decision-maker attends. I expect clear notes in a simple Google Sheet so I can see the full trail from first touch to booked call.
If you already work comfortably with tools such as Apollo, Hunter, Seamless.ai, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Woodpecker, or similar, you’ll hit the ground running.
Shoot over a brief outline of past campaigns you’ve run in any of the three industries, typical meeting volumes you’ve delivered, and the tech stack you prefer. Let’s get started.
