Martial Arts School Lead Generation to Increase Mentees for New Mentoring Programme
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
Job Opportunity: Martial Arts School Outreach & Lead Generation (Freelance)
Hi, I’m Dervish Dervish — author, mentor, and 6th Degree Black Belt. I’ve taught over 10,000 students, built a full-time team of instructors, and now mentor Martial Arts School Owners to grow thriving, profitable schools without burning out.
I’m currently looking for a freelancer who can help me identify and reach more UK (and eventually US) -based Martial Arts School Owners who would benefit from my 1:1 mentorship or group programme.
What I’m Looking For:
Someone who can:
• Identify and connect with genuine Martial Arts School Owners (not just gym owners or general fitness professionals).
• Use smart outreach strategies to generate leads, warm them up, and ideally book qualified calls.
• To make initial fact-finding calls to gauge fit, interest, or pass them onto me.
• Offer clear timeframes, a plan, and be willing to work within a set budget.
• Optionally expand into managing or enhancing my social media presence (if capable and interested).
Please Do Not Apply If:
• You send generic replies with no lead generation/cold calling experience
• You promise “thousands of leads” with no clear strategy or realistic expectations.
• You're not comfortable starting lean and proving results before scaling.
My Goal:
To bring on 25 paying mentees through smart, targeted outreach. If you help me achieve that, there’s potential for:
• Ongoing paid work
• A performance-based bonus structure (e.g. for every 5 mentees enrolled)
The Ideal Person:
• Knows how to research & contact the right people.
• Communicates clearly and respectfully.
• Understands value-based marketing and isn’t spammy.
• Is results-driven, honest, and easy to work with.
• Will be able to see the true value of the mentorship and frame it correctly to leads
