I need help building a clean, hand-curated lead list for a specific niche that I’ll reveal once we start. The research must cover businesses on a national scale rather than being limited to a single city, and every record has to be sourced manually—Google Maps plus the company’s own website only.

Here’s what every row in the Google Sheet must include:
• Business name
• Website URL
• Owner or decision-maker email (must be a real, working address)
• City and country

No bulk-scraped lists, hunter tools, or generic contact forms—just solid, verifiable data gathered with patience and an eye for detail. If the email bounces or looks obviously fabricated, it doesn’t count.
