Mailchimp Lead Gen Flow Setup

Your mission is to build high-converting email flows from scratch, import and clean an initial contact list, source additional qualified contacts in the sector, and funnel every hot reply directly to the sales reps so they can close.

Here is what has to happen for this launch to be a success:
• Map and create automated Mailchimp flows for welcome, nurture, abandon-cart, and re-engagement.
• Upload our existing contacts, segment them properly, and put hygiene rules in place to protect deliverability.
• Research and add fresh, GDPR-compliant contacts in the beauty and fitness space, prioritising studio owners, clinic managers, and e-commerce retailers.
• Sync Mailchimp with our CRM so sales instantly see every lead and tag.
• Hand over a short Loom walkthrough plus the flow diagrams so my team can manage everything after go-live.
