Luxury Hotel Email Prospect List

I need a clean, up-to-date spreadsheet of email contacts for decision-makers at luxury hotels across Asia. The list will be used for business development, so accuracy and relevance are crucial.

Scope
• Target properties: luxury hotels only (five-star, resort, or high-end boutique categories).
• Region: Asia—please cover as many countries as possible within the continent.
This will go to Worldwide once we are up and running.
• Roles to prioritise: General Manager, Director of Sales & Marketing, or other senior positions directly involved in purchasing or partnerships.

Expected deliverable
A spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) that includes, per record:
1. Hotel name and brand group (if any)
2. City and country
3. Contact person’s full name and job title
4. Verified direct email address (no generic “info@” whenever a direct line is obtainable)


Acceptance criteria
• Minimum 90 % email validity (please run a quick verification check with tools such as Hunter, Snov, NeverBounce, etc.).
• No duplicates.
• At least 100 more are welcome if quality is maintained.


When you send your proposal, focus on your experience with lead generation or list building in the hospitality sector—short, concrete examples are perfect. If you already have partial databases or access to premium data sources like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, please mention that.

I will review samples before awarding the project and am open to setting milestones for larger volumes once the initial batch meets the above standards.
